At GlenMorey, we are proud to announce we now have a GMO free (and nearly all organic) kitchen! We have eggs from our own organically fed happy hens. We serve organic milk, orange juice, butter, flour, sugar, spices, coffee, fresh fruit, assorted teas, and cooking oil. We use natural meats and cheeses, with no nitrates, nitrites, preservatives, hormones or antibiotics. We make Organic baked breads, scones, muffins and cookies in our kitchen and offer GMO-Free or Organic chocolates.

We are working on finding cost effective ways to replace our standard sausage and nuts which are about the only products we use that are not organic. We have made this decision due to growing concerns about the way our food is grown and handled on the way to our table. We are choosing to vote with our dollars, both for our family and our business, for the better way.Your breakfast will include an entree, bacon, sausage, or Glamorgan sausage, fresh organic fruit cup, a fresh baked from scratch muffin, scone, pastry or pancake, Coffee, tea, and orange juice. We are sensitive to special dietary requirements and can prepare meals according to your needs.

Most Requested Recipe-

6 oz dry quinoa, boiled and drained
6 oz gluten free oats, pulsed into flour.
8 oz. grated cheese
8 oz shredded potato
8 oz minced mushrooms
1 medium zucchini, shredded
1 sm onion, minced
3 cloves garlic minced
4 egg yolks
T each-fresh sage,parsley, rosemary minced
T each Organic soy sauce, smoke flavor, dijon mustard, salt
3T Tomato paste.

mix well, put into frosting bag without tip, pipe "sausages" onto cookie sheet, freeze. cook in olive oil before serving. makes 60. Also makes a delicious veggie burger patty.

Caramel Apple Pecan French Toast ~

Signature Dish-
 

6 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp.Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Apple,peeled, cored and chopped
8 Thick slices sourdough bread
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Pecans

May be assembled the night before serving, best if allowed at least 1 hour in the fridge before cooking Melt butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in sauce pan-cook on medium-high until sauce takes on a froth-like consistency. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Spread evenly with apples and pecans, place slices of bread on top. Combine eggs , milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl. Blend well and pour over slices of bread. Chill. Bake at 375 for 45min. Take casserole dish from oven, and cut around each slice of toast, turn over onto cookie sheet, and allow to bake another 15 min.
